Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Notice of cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is not made within the 24 hour period, fees will apply. For a no-call no-show we charge the full price of the scheduled service(s), a walk-out will be charged as a no call no show. There are no refunds for cancellation fees, sales or services.
